Easy Returns & Refunds
Need to return a product? Contact us at Sales@mirkatools.com within 14 days of receiving your order to get a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must reach our warehouse within 21 days.

All items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Discounted prepaid labels may be available and will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Exchanges Made Simple
For exchanges, an RMA number is required. Reorder the item(s) you want, and we’ll guide you through the process.

• Customer error exchanges may include a restocking fee, but shipping costs remain non-refundable.
• If we made a mistake, we’ll promptly reship with a prepaid return label.

Restocking Fees

• Consumables: 15%
• Power Tools & Dust Extractors: 25%
• Freight charges are non-refundable
  Restocking fees may be waived at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

• Special Orders & Custom Belts
• Defective Power Tools & Dust Extractors (handled directly by Mirka Tools)
• Discounted items marked “Scratch & Dent,” “Open Box,” or “Returned Items”

Warranty & Defective Items

• Mirka Power Tools: 2-year warranty (3 years if registered within 30 days)
• Mirka Dust Extractors: 1-year warranty
• Defective items must be handled by Mirka Tools for repair or replacement.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost, first contact the carrier, then notify us. We will assist in replacing or reshipping your order.
