Orders requiring a specific carrier must pay for that service at checkout.

Special orders (tools or custom belts) may take longer: 2–3 business days for tools, 2–3 weeks for custom belts.
Expedited & Signature Shipping
Expedited orders must be placed before 11 AM EST for same-day or next-day processing.
Orders over $200 may require a Direct/Adult Signature at delivery; this service is free but can be declined at checkout. mirkatools.com is not responsible for missing packages if signature service is declined.
HAZMAT Items
HAZMAT products (e.g., Li-batteries, paints, aerosols) ship ground only via UPS or FedEx.
Do not select air shipping for HAZMAT items; they will automatically ship ground.
Lost or Missing Packages
Contact the carrier first (UPS, FedEx, USPS) to report missing packages.
mirkatools.com will assist in replacement once the carrier confirms the package is lost.
International & Canadian Orders
All taxes, duties, and brokerage fees are not included in checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.

Backorders & Cancellations
Backorders are typically filled within 3–4 business days.
Cancellations require approval and may incur a 15% restocking fee; shipping charges are non-refundable.
Un-Deliverable Addresses
Ensure all shipping information is correct.
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses may incur shipping charges both ways plus a 25% restocking fee.
